If necessary, you can change your Kaspersky Account credentials: password and email address you use to sign in to the portal. You can also turn password expiration on or off and set up two-step authentication for signing in.
To change the Kaspersky Account credentials:

The password must contain at least 8 characters and include at least one numeral, one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and no spaces. The password must not duplicate one of your recent passwords.
An email containing a link for confirming the new email address will be sent to the specified email address. Click the link in the email to confirm the email address you will use to sign in.
By default, this check box is selected. Password expiration provides additional security for your account.
After you set up two-step verification, you are responsible for keeping your mobile phone physically secure and for maintaining access to your phone number. If you lose access to your phone number, you might not be able to sign in to your account on Kaspersky Account. We recommend that you also set up an authenticator app on a device other than your mobile phone.
